For the Second Year Running, Bürstner Wins Gold Awards in the 2025 Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards!

Kehl. We are thrilled to announce that Bürstner has once again been recognised for excellence, winning two Gold Awards in the prestigious 2025 Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards. For the second year in a row, Bürstner motorhomes have been rated among the best in the industry, reaffirming our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

About the Owner Satisfaction Awards

This year’s Owner Satisfaction Awards mark the eighth time Practical Motorhome have run them with the Camping and Caravanning Club, with a total of 3,553 completed surveys received.
The Awards allow Practical and the Camping and Caravanning Club to recognise the high achievers in the industry – as well as a winner in each category, they also give out Gold Awards for those who score 80% or more (this is 85% or more in the van converter categories) and Silver Awards to those who achieve totals of 60% or higher.
Practical say “With this data, we not only get an in-depth look at the current condition of the market but also get to see the makes of motorhomes which are providing standout service, as well as the leading dealers and the best campervan converters. This covers both the new and pre-owned markets, as our readers vote to tell us how they’ve got on with using their ‘van and the living space it provides, as well as the experience they had with their dealer, including, importantly, would they buy from them again.”
