The Schutterwald Riding Club was founded in 1924. It currently has about 400 members, 100 of whom are children and young people. Regional and national tournaments take place several times a year at the club's facilities, such as the "Große Springturnier" (Big Show Jumping Tournament) this weekend from 8 to 11 June 2023.
